and an update on an earlier post: the electronic billboards off the 101 by Westgate near the University of Phoenix Cardinal Stadium are now up and running and in fact there are two of them. Most of the adds are for restaurants in the SW Valley including Peoria near the Peoria Sports Complex as well as pizza joints in Goodyear.
